About
Colleen is a Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training (LPC-IT) at Lighthouse Counseling Center. With a passion for compassionate, personalized care, she is committed to walking alongside her clients and helping them navigate life’s challenges with resilience and hope.
Colleen’s therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in the belief that healing involves the whole person. She offers a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. Drawing from a variety of counseling approaches, Colleen tailors interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. She has experience helping clients work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, identity exploration, and intellectual disabilities. Her goal is to empower clients to gain deeper self-awareness, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.
Colleen has worked with clients across the lifespan, from children to adults, and values the diverse backgrounds and life stories each person brings to therapy. She is passionate about mental health advocacy and believes in the transformative power of therapy to foster growth, healing, and self-empowerment.
Outside of her work, Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband and their pets, reading, traveling, and creating beadwork. She is an enrolled member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation and a descendant of the Menominee and Oneida Nations.
